What kind of industry is the stainless steel wire mesh to be applied?

Stainless steel wire mesh is a kind of wire mesh deep-processed product which is made of high-quality stainless steel wire SUS302 304 304L 316 316L. For stainless steel wire mesh weaving methods are: plain weave, twill weave, and dense weave. Due to the characteristics of stainless steel, the processed stainless steel wire mesh has high wear resistance, long service life, precise mesh, uniform structure, no curling, easy to use, uniform screen thickness, antistatic, acid and alkali resistance. Corrosion, the product has the characteristics of acid resistance, alkali resistance, temperature resistance, wear resistance, etc. Therefore, in recent years, stainless steel mesh has been widely used in mine, petroleum, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, machinery manufacturing and other industries as a mine screen.

The stainless steel mesh can be used as a safety net for flood protection, traffic, construction or water, a basic network or an external network. Since stainless steel is used as the material of the metal mesh, it has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high strength and good softness. Stainless steel mesh can be divided into: stainless steel square mesh, stainless steel dense mesh (seat mesh) ultra wide mesh (1.2-3.5 meters 5-8 meters) wide, large wire shaped mesh, special specifications can be customized according to user needs, In addition, our company can also produce stainless steel lunch box net, stainless steel washing net and other products.

Uses: Stainless steel wire mesh is mainly used for acid and sieving and filtration under environmental conditions. It is mainly used as a mud net in the petroleum industry, a sieve screen in the chemical fiber industry, and a pickling net in the electroplating industry. The stainless steel mesh produced by our factory is not easy to be cut by hard objects as a safety net for construction. It can adapt to the harsh outdoor working environment and can be reused. It can be used multiple times with one input, reducing the cost. When the stainless steel mesh is used for engineering water conservancy, it can effectively prevent the bank from being washed away by the water flow and ensure the safety of the river full of reservoirs. If it is found that there are pores on the surface of the stainless steel welding wire, the reason for the surface pores is that the stainless steel contains C, S, and Si, and the pores are prone to occur. The solution is either to replace the stainless steel material or to use a low-hydrogen slag-based electrode. It is easy to produce pores when the welded parts are unclean. Therefore, the welding site is required to remove oil, rust and other dirt before welding. The requirements for welding with low-hydrogen electrodes are more stringent. The welding current is too large. The redness of the second half of the electrode is also likely to cause pores. Therefore, it is required to adopt appropriate welding specifications. The welding current is maximized so that the tail of the electrode is not red. Low-hydrogen electrodes are easy to absorb moisture, so they need to be baked at 350 ° C for about 1 hour before use. Otherwise, stomata are prone to occur. Welding wave joint pores: It is easy to use surface and internal pores at the weld joints by using low-hydrogen welding rods. The solution: when welding the wave joints, the arc starting should be started 9 to 10 mm away from the arc in the forward direction of the welding seam. After combustion, the reverse stick is returned to the crater position for full melting and advancement, or arcing at the weld can avoid this type of venting.
