Annealed stainless steel mesh is the quality state of ordinary stainless steel wire mesh under high vacuum (1.33×10-2~1.33×10-3Pa) after stress relief annealing or homogenization annealing treatment. Due to the weaving stress generated in the weaving process, the stainless steel wire mesh causes serious curling of the mesh surface after unwinding, and the hardness of the mesh surface is not conducive to various defects of the subsequent processing of the product. The annealed stainless steel wire mesh is annealed in a vacuum annealing equipment, and the surface of the annealed stainless steel wire mesh material has the characteristics of no oxidation, no decarburization, smooth surface and no elemental volatilization, thereby obtaining an excellent mechanical property and a clean surface. The effect can provide superior preconditions for the subsequent processing of stainless steel wire mesh products and product market extension, such as the use of annealed stainless steel wire mesh for folding and blanking. It will not cause ripple deformation, blanking and rolling, etc., which not only reduces the processing difficulty of the product but also improves the processing efficiency of the product. The vacuum annealed stainless steel wire mesh has the following characteristics:
 
1. The surface is clean and bright, no oil, no oxidized color (black wire).
 
2. After unfolding, the mesh surface is flat, without curl and wrinkles.
 
3. Moderate hardness and excellent processability.
 
4. The internal organization is uniform, with better mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
