The mesh of full and half twisted yarn will not move and is firm in texture, but the yarn is thicker, the color paste is not easy to pass and the net is easily blocked, so it is generally not used in net printing.The advantage of the texture is that the effective opening area is too large, the mesh is smooth, the color paste is easy to pass, the figure outline is clear, so in the flat screen printing more.The disadvantage of this fabric is that its strength is lower than that of other fabrics.The structure of square tissue is similar to that of plain tissue. Different from plain tissue, the warp and weft of plain tissue are all single filament, while the warp and weft of square tissue are all double filament. Therefore, the strength of this tissue is higher than plain tissue, but the effective opening rate is low.

The number of holes to name depends on the number of holes per unit length.The number of wire holes per unit length is actually the longitudinal density of the screen, which can show the density of the mesh and the density of the mesh.In the practical application, it is difficult to determine which type of flower pattern to use which mesh number.However, no matter which kind of name is adopted, the higher the mesh number, the denser the mesh, the smaller the mesh hole, the worse the printing paste permeability.On the contrary, the lower the mesh number, the more sparse the mesh, the larger the mesh, the better the printing paste penetration.

The diameter of the wire directly affects the strength of the printing screen and the size of the mesh.When the mesh diameter increased, the strength of the screen increased, but the effective screen area decreased and the amount of slurry decreased.

In the case that the diameter of the wire is the same, the number of mesh can be selected according to the following principles:

The contour should be bright and clean, and the fine mesh mesh should be selected.On the contrary, ground color and block pattern should be selected with a coarse mesh (lower mesh number) screen.

In order to improve the rheology of printing color paste, we should choose fine mesh screen.On the contrary, it is advisable to select a coarse mesh screen.

The thin and hydrophobic fabric is suitable for mesh screen mesh;The fabric with rough surface and good absorbency is suitable for coarse mesh screen.
