Stainless Steel Woven Wire Cloth to understand and distinguish materials

The corrosion resistance of Stainless Steel Woven Wire Cloth is mainly due to the surface covered with a very thin (about 1 nm) dense passivation film. This film is corroded by 1n and is the

basic barrier of stainless steel protection. Stainless steel passivation has dynamic characteristics. It should not be regarded as the complete stop of corrosion, but the formation of a diffusion barrier, which greatly reduces the anode reaction rate.

As a material of metal mesh, Stainless Steel Woven Wire Cloth has the

advantages of corrosion resistance, high strength and good softness. As a construction fence, stainless steel metal mesh is not easy to be cut by hard objects. It can adapt to the harsh outdoor working environment and can be reused. It can be used multiple times with one input, reducing

the cost. When the stainless steel metal mesh is used for water conservancy, it can effectively prevent the bank from being washed away by the water flow, thus ensuring the safety of the project. The stainless steel wire mesh is made of stainless steel wire, nickel wire, brass wire or the like. Weaving: plain weave, twill weave, (plain/twill) mat-type dense weave. There are also stainless steel welded wire mesh, ginned wire mesh, punched mesh, steel mesh, or mineral mesh.

Stainless Steel Woven Wire Cloth It should be stainless steel. If the test can teach you a good way is to use a magnet to suck, if it can be attracted by the magnet, the material of the stainless steel mesh should be ferritic stainless steel, such as 430 stainless steel. If the magnet can't be sucked, the stainless steel mesh should be made of austenitic stainless steel, such as 304 stainless steel.
