Characteristics and usage of stainless steel dutch weave mesh and stainless steel wider wire mesh

The biggest difference between the dutch weave mesh and square hole mesh is that the dutch weave mesh has different warp and weft diameters and different mesh count. Reasonable matching of mesh and wire diameter can make the wire mesh reach the fine filtering precision that square mesh can not achieve.

The characteristics of the dutch weave mesh are that the warp diameter is generally larger than the weft thread diameter. The reverse dutch weave mesh is the opposite.

Application: It has the characteristics of stable and fine filtering performance.

Uses: For precision pressure filter, fuel filter, vacuum filter, suitable for: aerospace, petroleum, chemical, chemical fiber, rubber, tire manufacturing, metallurgy, medicine, food and other industries.

The stainless steel wider wire mesh is the stainless steel mesh that has a width of more than 1 m, and its width is generally in the range of 1.0 m to 6.5 m.

2. Weaving method: There are two ways of the mesh within 2 meters:plain weave and twill weave ; weave type of the mesh width is 2m~6.5m is generally plain weave. The main mesh count of stainless steel wider wire mesh of 2 meters or more is between 4 mesh and 120 mesh.

3. Features: It has the characteristics of wide width, flat surface, acid resistance, alkali resistance, temperature resistance (high temperature, low temperature) and wear resistance.

4. Uses: Stainless steel wider wire mesh is widely used in industries such as industry, mining, petroleum, chemical, chemical fiber, rubber, plate making, building materials, food, medicine, machinery manufacturing, paper making machinery, paper net cage, etc., as well as large-scale production machinery.
