Introduction of Monel 400 mesh

Monel 400 alloy is a unique and sturdy material mainly composed of copper and nickel. It has high strength and excellent corrosion resistance in a variety of media including seawater and in acidic and alkaline environments. Because of these characteristics, naval shipyards and companies specializing in marine technology often require the use of Monel wire mesh specifications.

In the wire mesh industry, Monel 400 is commonly woven into wire mesh for high performance applications, aerospace, chemical and hydrocarbon processing equipment, as well as valves, pumps, shafts, fittings and heat exchangers. Due to its expensive price and its surface is similar to stainless steel, there are many suppliers on the market that provide false materials, posing as Monel 400.
Maishi is operating in good faith and provides completely correct materials with the following ingredients

Carbon (C)  Manganese (Mn)  Iron (Fe)  Copper (Cu)  Nickel (Ni)  Sulphur (S)
 Max 0.3  Max 2.0  Max 2.5  28.0-34.0  Min 63.0  Max 0.024

If you have any need for Monel 400 mesh, welcome to contact MAISHI.
