How to test the nickle content for the stainless steel wire mesh

Nickel plays a very important role in stainless steel wire mesh. Nickel can increase the corrosion resistance of stainless steel wire mesh.
Different stainless steel wire mesh has different nickel content. For example, the nickel content of 304 stainless steel is 8%, so how do we measure whether the nickel content of stainless steel wire mesh is up to standard?
Next, MAISHI MFG will share two methods with you:
1. Using technical tools: MAISHI MFG has an XRF analyzer (X-Ray Fluorescence) to test the chemical components of stainless steel, make sure you get the right model of stainless steel wire mesh.
2. Using stainless steel test fluid: stainless steel test fluid is also called stainless steel potion, as long as you drop it on stainless steel, there will exist an immediate chemical reaction, and you can determine the model of stainless steel through the reaction of different colors.
There are also many other methods that can be used to detect the nickel content of stainless steel wire mesh. The above two methods are more common and the detection results are more accurate.
MAISHI MFG mainly produces stainless steel wire mesh products with a different types of stainless steel wire such as AISI304, AISI 304L, AISI316, AISI316L, etc.
