In the process of making and installing stainless steel parts, pay attention to the following aspects:

1. Whether it is stainless steel raw materials or processed parts, special lifting and transporting tools should be used during transportation and loading and unloading to avoid contact between stainless steel and hard carbon steel such as steel wire rope to avoid bumping and scratching the surface.

2. The processing part of stainless steel parts should be relatively stable, and the rubber sheet should be placed on the workbench to avoid damage to the stainless steel surface.

3. When cutting stainless steel parts, the board should be cut by shear or plasma; tubes and other profiles should be cut by plasma or electric saw. When cutting, pad the rubber pad to avoid damage. After plasma cutting, the cutting residue should be cleaned in time; when sawing, the clamping should be protected by a liner. The saw oil and residue should be cleaned in time after sawing.

4. Before installing and welding stainless steel parts, the surface must be carefully cleaned of oil, dust and other debris. Argon arc welding should be used for welding. Manual arc welding uses small current and fast welding, and it is strictly forbidden to arc in non-welded areas. The ground wire should be selected in the proper position, the connection should be firm, avoid excessive burn surface or burn area; stainless steel spatula should be used for welding, and carbon steel spatula should not be used. Welds should be carefully ground to allow the weld to transition to the surface of the wood. There should be no quality defects such as slag, porosity, notches, splashes, cracks, and penetration.

5. After the stainless steel parts are welded, the surface should be cleaned in time.

6. After the surface treatment of stainless steel wire mesh parts is completed, attention should be paid to the protection of the finished product to avoid contact with personnel and avoid secondary pollution such as oil and dust.
