Why do some Stainless steel wire mesh dense channels produce?

There are so many manufacturers of stainless steel wire mesh on the market, how do we choose? Why are some nets sparse? What is the reason?

Manufacturers of stainless steel wire mesh in the world use a wealth of technical experience to tell the following reasons:

(1) When the accuracy of the net regulator is not high and it cannot meet the accuracy requirements of the metal mesh of the weaving specification, it must be dense.

(2) The friction between the brake frame and the brake fixed wheel 1 is small. Under the maximum tension of the weft, the brake fixed wheel produces intermittent sliding phenomenon in the brake frame, resulting in different lengths of the delivery. And out of the dense road.

(3) The teeth and shaft of the net regulator are wrapped with loose wires and debris, which affects the consistency of rotation and causes a dense passage.

(4) When weaving the high mesh, if the tension of the net is not consistent at all times, regular regularity will occur.

(5) The ratcheting and the feeding of the top teeth are worn, and sometimes there is a slip phenomenon, so that the length of each delivery is inconsistent, so the sparse lane is out.

(6) The shaft key on the backstop is loose and is strung out.

(7) During the rotation of the backstop, there is a local slip phenomenon.

(8) The tapered teeth mesh too loosely, and there is a phenomenon of jumping teeth when the net is wound.

(9) The roll net has a small swing angle.

(10) The bearing seat at one end of the crankshaft loosens on the wall panel, which will cause a dense passage on one side of the mesh surface.

(11) The gears that pass through the regulator wear, and the bite is loose and the sway is large. Therefore, the length of each delivery cannot be strictly controlled, and a dense passage occurs.

(12) When the twill net is woven, the position of the heald is too low, and a regular thin pass will occur, that is, one of every four wefts is a thin pass.

(13) When weaving a super-lightweight metal mesh, a passive or semi-negative coiling network may be used, and a severely dense lane may occur. It can only be overcome by using an active limited-volume network.

So, how do we choose this kind of stainless steel wire mesh when we buy it in the market?

In addition to the above knowledge, it is more important to choose the right manufacturer. Hebei maishi manufacturers have been producing stainless steel wire mesh since 1986. After 30 years of continuous innovation and reform, our products have been sold in more than 800 countries around the world. We guarantee quality and price.
