Why stainless steel wire mesh screen breaks during production?

Stainless steel wire mesh screen sometimes breaks during the production process, which seriously affects the quality of the stainless steel mesh. Many people who are not skilled and inexperienced do not know where the problem is, and do not know how to solve it. MAISHI WIRE MESH MANUFACTURE GROUP has been in stainless steel wire mesh screen production for many years. The following is a brief analysis of this problem.

1. The size adjustment of the machine on the mold is wrong, which will cause the proportion of the normal compression ratio to be disordered during the weaving process, resulting in disconnection. The solution is to ensure the absolute size of the die on the machine.

2. The mold process interrupts the oil or breaks the water, causing the mold to run a large hole distance for a short time, and the compression ratio is out of balance, thereby breaking the wire. The solution is to add lubricant to each mold in time to ensure its cooling and lubrication.

3. When the wicker wire appears in the weaving process, the wire is too fast to cause the stainless steel wire to break. The only solution is to change the mold to ensure that the phenomenon of the wicker wire no longer occurs.

4. A natural road in the mold consumes too fast, resulting in a misalignment of the compression ratio before and after weaving, and the occurrence of broken yarn appears mainly as a broken wire in one position. The solution is to change the mold and adjust the compression ratio before and after until normal.
