How Do We Solve the Problems of Broken Wires During Weaving of Dutch Weave Wire Mesh

Dutch weave is a commonly used weaving method in the stainless steel wire mesh. There are three weave types: plain dutch weave, twill dutch weave and reverse dutch weave. We, MAISHI MFG. GROUP, has been committed to weaving stainless steel wire mesh since 1986.

But in the weaving of this mesh, there may be broken wires. Any mistakes in material selection, weaving process or mechanical operation may cause broken wires. To solve the problems of broken wires, we not only need to choose the right material, but also need to pay more attention when beam-warping. Meanwhile, we also need to pay more attention to the following items:

1.to ensure the interface is close, smooth and straight
2.the interface of the broken wire must be consistent to ensure the wire is not inclined, not around
3.polishing the sword belting carefully when changing it to avoid linking the wires and could run smoothly
4.the extra wires on the roller should be straightened out in time
5.finding out the reasons for broken wire according to the broken wire length and the location it occurred and then deal with it timely.

MAISHI also produces many other weaving types of stainless steel woven wire mesh, welcome to contact us for more details.
