1) The material used is national standard 304 stainless steel, which is 0Cr18Ni8.
2) Wire diameter of the headset wire mesh is usually 0.10mm, which has the widest application.
Some also use 0.11mm wire diameter, which has better wear resistance than 0.10mm.
3) Thickness of the mesh is more diverse, it can be made according to customers’ requests.
The commonly used thickness is 0.12mm-0.14mm.
4) There are two surface treatment ways: bright and sub-surface.
Another saying: mirror and matte. Although different surfaces, they have the same using effect.
5) The width of the headset stainless steel screen mesh usually are 2cm to 5cm, length is 30m or 60m.
Detailed sizes can be produced according to the client's needs.
